Predicting First Responders safety and health problems before they happen.
Aigis - F
In ancient times, when mortals faced monsters born of dark and chaotic forces, the gods did not leave them unprotected. Hephaestus forged the Aegis (Aigis), a protective shield and mantle worn by Athena and Zeus.
Fast forward to the modern battlefield of civilian crisis: burning high-rises, collapsed structures, and zero-visibility smoke corridors. Running down a dark path on a foot pursuit. Today’s first responders are the modern incarnation of those ancient heroes entering the labyrinth, facing threats just as lethal and unpredictable.
Responder Protection
Just as the ancient Aegis guarded the life force (ichor) of the gods, our Aegis neck strip continuously monitors the firefighter's core body temperature and stress telemetry over the carotid artery, alerting command before heat stroke or physiological exhaustion takes hold.
Like Athena granting sight through chaos, Aegis uses boot-mounted inertial dead reckoning and spatial mapping to construct a dynamic, 3D exit path through concrete and steel without requiring physical anchors to be dropped.
Track and Locate
Incident Command
The Aegis system delivers instant situational awareness directly to the incident commander through a real-time command dashboard, turning raw interior data into a clean, 3D point-cloud map of the structure. From the exterior command post, the chief can track each firefighter's exact floor elevation, breadcrumb return path, core body temperature, and stress levels at a glance, eliminating the need for constant radio location checks. If an operator suffers severe thermal buildup, stops moving, or triggers an emergency, the dashboard immediately flags a high-priority MAYDAY alert and plots the precise exit vector onto the map, giving the incident commander the clarity needed to direct rapid intervention teams and make decisive, life-saving calls in zero-visibility scenarios.
Aigis - P
The Aegis system delivers real-time situational awareness directly to the command center and surrounding squad vehicles through a unified tactical dashboard. Designed to operate passively during routine patrols and high-stress calls, Aegis monitors officer health and detects critical threats without requiring manual radio transmissions.
Continuous Vital Health Monitoring
The self-contained Aegis neck strip tracks real-time core temperature, heart rate, and physiological stress indicators, establishing an officer's baseline health during long shifts and high-intensity incidents.
Automated Officer Down & Vehicle Relay
If an officer's vitals experience a sudden spike or dangerous drop outside safe parameters, Aegis instantly relays an urgent Officer Down alert to nearby squad vehicles and dispatch, pinning the officer's exact location on the tactical map.
Onboard motion and orientation sensors detect physical altercations, sudden falls, or an officer remaining prone on the ground for more than 15 seconds.
