NOD-Interlock
Package
Kery ZK's active safety OS transitions industrial grade deterministic protection into tactical theaters. By anchoring our technology in high frequency 60GHz radar, we provide tactical units with high-fidelity, sub-100ms truth. Our system ignores environment noise to detect human gait and heartbeat, enabling a physical reflex layer that reacts before catastrophes occur.
The HUD acts as the tactical glue for the dismounted soldier. It is a minimalist corner screen integrated into Oakley ballistic eyewear designed to prevent cognitive overload.
-
Real-time Telemetry: Displays the operator's vitals (HRV, respiration) and fatigue levels derived from the chest radar.
-
Silent Comms Overlay: Provides a text-based readout of the reconstructed speech from the buttstock radar, allowing for coordination without breaking silence.
-
Target & Threat Cues: Visualizes movement detected by the chest radar through obstacles like smoke, dust, or non-metallic walls.
-
Navigation & Blue Force Tracking: Overlays GPS waypoints and the location of squad members even when visibility is zero.

Tactical HUD: Synthetic Speech Reconstruction (SSR)
The system utilizes a 60GHz mmWave radar mounted on the rifle buttstock to track the micro-kinetics of the operator perioral region. By analyzing the Doppler frequency shifts caused by lip and jaw articulation, the NVIDIA Orin processor reconstructs speech without the need for an acoustic signal.

The Physics of the 60GHz Sanctuary
Most electronic warfare systems are designed to blanket the 30MHz to 6GHz range, which is where voice, GPS, and traditional data links live. We operate in the V-band at 60GHz, where oxygen molecules physically absorb radio energy.
This oxygen absorption is our greatest tactical advantage. It means our signal naturally dies out after about 10 to 15 meters. While a standard radio signal can be detected and jammed from miles away, our 60GHz signal creates a localized security bubble. A jammer would have to be physically standing inside your tactical perimeter to disrupt the link.
Protecting Lives and Assets
When a soldier is incapacitated, the vehicle releases the throttle and apply the brakes to bring the vehicle to a safe stop.
